This Privacy Policy explains how FATENOTE("we", "us") handles your information when you use fatenote.net(the "Service").

Information we collect

Reading inputs. To create your reading we ask for a first name, birth date, optional birth time, and gender. These inputs are used to generate and display your reading.

Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this to keep your library and purchases in sync across devices.

Purchase information.Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Polar Software Inc. ("Polar"). We never see or store your card number. Polar shares with us the order details needed to deliver your purchase (such as your email address, the product bought, and the amount paid). Polar's handling of payment data is described in their privacy policy at polar.sh.

Usage data. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the Service is used (pages viewed, general region, device type). If we run advertising, ad-platform pixels (such as Meta or TikTok) may process events like page views and purchases as described in their own policies.

How we use information

To generate and deliver readings, restore your purchases, provide support, improve the Service, and — only if you opt in — send you updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and retention

Reading inputs are primarily stored on your own device. Library entries and purchase records for signed-in users are stored with our database provider (Supabase) so they survive across devices. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to know what we collect and why. To exercise any of these rights, email motiol_6829@naver.com— we'll respond within 30 days. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Readings tagged 19+ are intended for adults only.

Changes
