When we refund

Something went wrong.If you paid and your reading did not unlock, unlocked the wrong product, or a technical problem broke the experience, email us within 14 days and we'll restore your purchase or refund you in full — your choice.

Accidental duplicate purchases of the same reading are always refunded.

When we generally don't

Because the content is revealed immediately after purchase, we generally can't refund a reading simply because you've finished it or didn't enjoy the outcome — that would be like refunding a movie after the credits. That said, if you feel something was genuinely unfair, write to us. A human reads every request.

How to request

Email motiol_6829@naver.com from the address you used at checkout, with the approximate purchase time and the reading name. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by Polar and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
